Support Grass Roots Football in the Local Community
Watford Youth Sports FC was formed in the season 2001/02. From that first season of fourteen Players, the Club now provides football for approximately 200 hundred youngsters, a number which is steadily increasing. Social events throughout the season provide an opportunity for all Members and their families to get to know each other, strengthening the Club and Community bond.
Our programme includes
- Mini-Soccer for boys and girls under ten years of age.
- Competitive 11-a-side football for children between the ages of 11-14.
- Age groups playing in local leagues.
- Coaching at weekends and during the week.
- A great social programme that can involve all members of the family.
- On going training courses for all volunteers.
None of this is possible without the support of local companies and traders, providing sponsorship and or donations. We currently have a number of age groups without sponsors for next season.
